The Challenge

Medtelligent needed a best-in-class financial management solution that could integrate smoothly with its ALIS platform to meet client demands for complete accounting and reporting. Clients required real-time visibility into financial and operational metrics, but achieving this across disparate systems was complex.

The company also sought advanced analytics and data visualization tools to provide deeper insights for both their clients and internal teams. They needed a partner who could deliver sophisticated integrations and dashboards without adding significant internal burden.

In search of a best-in-class general ledger application to integrate with ALIS, Medtelligent discovered Sage Intacct. “Someone recommended BT Partners to us as a Sage Intacct VAR, and as soon as we met them, it was instantly clear that we shared the same culture and vision,” recalls John Shafaee, Founder and CEO of Medtelligent. “We worked with them to build the integration with Sage Intacct, and now we offer this as an option for all our customers.”

The Solution

BT Partners supported the integration of a modern cloud financial management platform with Medtelligent’s ALIS system. They also built a next-generation dashboard and reporting engine using advanced analytics tools, creating seamless two-way data flow for real-time visibility.

Medtelligent quickly discovered another valuable aspect of BT Partner’s expertise. “We learned they have an Executive Analytics team,” Shafaee notes. “Our clients need visibility, visualization tools, and deep analytics, and that skill is firmly in BT Partners’ wheelhouse — so we asked them to help us navigate.”

Key enhancements include consolidated financial reporting, operational dashboards for clients, and internal analytics for Medtelligent’s own team. BT Partners worked closely with Medtelligent’s engineers to deliver intuitive, plug-and-play solutions tailored to the senior living industry.
