How to Create a Listview Data Filter by Column in SYSPRO

Data Filter

If you’ve ever stared at a mountain of data in a SYSPRO listview and thought, ‘There’s got to be a better way…’, this one is for you. Besides being a productivity booster, a data filter helps you zero in on exactly what you need without much work. Today, we’re going over how to filter a listview by column with a real-world example that’ll make you a SYSPRO filter pro in no time.

The Scenario

You’re working in the WIP Query program, querying for details about job 140. Specifically, you need material transactions for stock code B1209 because there’s a question about the quantity issued.
