PLANNING
We begin by planning an entire curriculum to ensure the organization has a thorough understanding of the solution. Our planning approach builds consensus and clarity, ensuring that all employees understand objectives, cost trade-offs and timetables.

TRAINING
For a new solution implementation, we provide training to key team leaders on an ongoing basis, followed by end users as the "go-live" date approaches and final implementation decisions are completed. Essentially, we "teach the teachers," so a client benefits from the lowest total cost of ownership.

RETAINING
We look to senior leadership to be a resource to subordinates so that the solution has credibility and end users do not revert to outdated past practices.

SUPPORTING
BT Consult continues to provide additional training during the "Go Live" process to help minimize business interruption. Our training is not complete until the client has demonstrated the ability to leverage the solution.

BT Partners focuses on training on your solution so that users become comfortable over time. We provide both written and electronic documentation to support all training sessions. All of the training materials are included in our proposal for services.
