Molly Kelly, VP – Business Development

Molly Kelly is the VP of Business Development at BT Partners. Ms. Kelly oversees BT Partners growth initiatives in identifying new markets and overseeing outreach programs to potential clients. In addition to new business initiatives, Ms. Kelly leads the marketing efforts to increase penetration into existing markets and identifying means to better service BT Partners clients.

Ms. Kelly started her career as an Industrial Engineer in electronics manufacturing before moving into software consulting where Ms. Kelly held posts of Project Manager, Developer, Consulting Manager, VP Operations and President. Most recently, she served as General Manager for North America at a top 10 global enterprise software company overseeing sales, services, support, and customer advocacy teams. Ms. Kelly focuses on improving customer satisfaction by delivering meaningful software and services that provide value for companies that are facing changes like growth, compliance requirements, reduced operating budgets, mergers and acquisitions and new systems implementations.

Ms. Kelly received a B.S. Industrial Engineering degree from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois and holds MCP, MCSE, MCDBA, ISO Auditor certifications.

She resides in Chicago with her husband, Michael, and four children.
