George Cohn, Director – Professional Services

George Cohn is Director – Professional Services at BT Partners. In this role, Mr. Cohn oversees the Implementation Services and Strategic Accounts groups under the umbrella of Professional Services, providing comprehensive solutions and business services to BT Partners clients.

Mr. Cohn joined BT Partners in 2005 as a SYSPRO consultant with a proven track record as a senior level business process manager. Mr. Cohn possesses more than 25 years of business experience in a variety of industries, ranging from food and pharmaceutical manufacturing to rubber and thermoplastics importing and distribution, to telecommunications, insurance, as well as management and IT consulting. During his career, he has also held the positions of Unit Manager, Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Director of Logistics, and Director of Administration among others.

Mr. Cohn has a proven track record of assisting organizations in making improvements by re-engineering business processes making them more efficient through better use of human and technological resources. He has experience in both designing and implementing ERP systems, as well as with designing, developing and deploying custom applications to meet unique organizational needs.

During his tenure at BT Partners, Mr. Cohn has successfully led ERP system implementations; successfully managed the delivery of services for key accounts; designed, developed, and implemented custom solutions; overseen training; and engineered solutions as part of the pre-sales process. Prior to his current position, Mr. Cohn has also held the positions of Quality Assurance Manager and Strategic Account Manager within the organization.

Mr. Cohn received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Benedictine University, Lisle, Illinois.

He resides in Chicago's Northern suburbs with his wife and son.
