PHASE 3: DATA MAPPING

During an implementation project, many activities must be performed in parallel to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time. The Data Mapping phase typically overlaps with the process mapping phase. During the data mapping stage, our consultants introduce our proprietary data mapping templates and review client data requirements to ensure accurate data mapping.

PHASE 4: SOLUTION CONFIGURATION

During this phase, BT Consult professionals create and configure the necessary forms and reports, and then upload all client data into the new system.

PHASE 5: VALIDATION & MODIFICATION

No solution is complete until our client has been given SEVERAL opportunities to review the solution. The Validation & Modification phase is the first opportunity to test and validate the project. During this phase, our consultants simulating a client's business processes, incorporating key data. We then work to identify gaps and solicit feedback.

PHASE 6: FINAL PREPARATION

This phase is a final opportunity for clients to test the solutions and for our professionals to make final adjustments, data conversions and system migrations. During this phase, our consultants train end users and provide education on user interface configurations and system functionality.

PHASE 7: GO LIVE & SUPPORT

At BT Partners, our commitment to our clients doesn't stop with the completion of a project. During the "go live" phase, our consultants will perform a final systems check and close out all outstanding issues. Our consultants will continue to monitor the live environment post project completion and ensure that your solution is performing to your expectation.
