Bert Nelson, VP – Operations

Bert Nelson is VP of Operations at BT Partners. In this role, Mr. Nelson oversees the Professional Services, Strategic Accounts, SYSPRO Support, and Application Development groups. Collectively these teams are focused on BT Partners clients and provide comprehensive solutions and business services.

During his twelve year tenure at BT Partners, Mr. Nelson held the positions of Director of Strategic Accounts, SYSPRO Implementation Specialist as well as Applications Development Manager. Prior to joining BT Partners, Mr. Nelson spent more than a decade within the manufacturing industry in diversified and interrelated roles, including positions as a controller and accounting manager, before entering the systems consulting field.

Mr. Nelson received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

He resides in Chicago's Northern suburbs with his wife and three children.
